The main factors of which you need to consider
• How many people will attend the event
• Will there be food consumed
• Will there be drink consumed

When you consider the above points to may have to adjust the amount that may have been suggested as the toilet calculator is just a standardised guideline.
For example, if the drink that is being consumed at the event is alcohol, the level of toilet trips will increase….
